White Rock – Koh Tao’s Dive Sites

White rock is one of the famous dive sites in #KohTao. There are plenty of fish and a diversity of #coral reefs that can be compared with the capital city of fish. This dive site is surrounded by the other dive sites which are HTMS #Sattakut wreck and #HinPeeWee. Let’s say if you dive here at White rock, you probably can explore all the way further to the other dive sites next door!

White Rock is located on the west coast of the island. The average depth is 16 meters and the maximum depth is 28 meters which is suitable for both beginner divers and experienced divers.

This area is full of corals and #anemones. Moray Eel and Blue spotted #stingray are always playing hide and seek under the rocks and reef. On a good day sometimes, turtles can appear around this area. Besides, there are also Giant grouper fish, Pufferfish, Titan Triggerfish, schools of #Barracuda, colorful #Nudibranch, and many more!

If you go a little further to the southern part of White Rock, there would be the other dive site next door “Hin Pee Wee”. How does it like? What can you see underwater there? To be continued in the next blog!

White Rock หนึ่งในจุดดำน้ำที่มีชื่อเสียงของ #เกาะเต่า อุดมสมบูรณ์ไปด้วยปลาและ #ปะการัง นานาชนิด เปรียบเสมือนกับเมืองหลวงของเหล่าปลาน้อยใหญ่ อีกทั้งยังอยู่ใกล้จุดดำน้ำอื่นๆโดยรอบ ได้แก่ จุดดำน้ำซาก #เรือจมสัตกูต และจุดดำน้ำ #หินพีวี พูดง่ายๆคือถ้ามาดำน้ำที่ White Rock ก็สามารถว่ายน้ำไปแวะชมจุดดำน้ำข้างๆได้!

จุดดำน้ำ White Rock ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันตกของเกาะเต่า ความลึกโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ที่ 16 เมตร และความลึกสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 28 เมตร เหมาะสำหรับ #นักดำน้ำ มือใหม่และนักดำน้ำมากประสบการณ์

จุดดำน้ำบริเวณนี้เต็มไปด้วยปะการังและ #ดอกไม้ทะเล หลากสีสัน มี #ปลาไหลมอเรย์ และ #ปลากระเบน ลายจุดฟ้าคอยเล่นซ่อนแอบอยู่ตามโขดหินและแนวปะการัง วันดีคืนดีก็มีพี่เต่ามาว่ายน้ำเล่นอยู่แถวนี้ อีกทั้งยังมีปลาเก๋ายักษ์ ปลาปักเป้า ปลาวัว ฝูงปลาสาก ทากทะเลสีฉูดฉาด และสิ่งมีชีวิตใต้ท้องทะเลอื่นๆอีกหลายชนิด
