Our Freediving Program (RAID certified)
In early 2026, we refined and adjusted our Freediving program to create a more balanced and enriching experience. We continue to operate under the RAID dive agency, a globally recognized and certified organization trusted worldwide.
We now offer three distinct Freediving programs, each designed to support different goals and levels of connection:

Freediving Course
Our RAID Freediving courses are designed for both beginners and certified freedivers looking to deepen their skills in a safe and supportive environment.
• Freedive Level 1 introduces the foundations of freediving, including breath control, safety, and essential techniques for confident open-water dives.
• Advanced Freediver Level 2 focuses on refining technique, improving performance, and progressing to deeper dives, with training in static and dynamic apnea, rescue skills, free-fall techniques, and extended bottom time.
Freedive Experience Program (3 days)
The Freediving Experience Programs blend freediving with yoga, breathing exercises, and pranayama, creating a deeper mind–body connection. These programs combine freedive training with specialized yoga sessions designed to improve flexibility, relaxation, and breath awareness. Practices include advanced breathing ratios, SOMA, Peak Performance Practice (PPP), Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, and spinal breathing, supporting both physical performance and mental clarity. This experience goes beyond technique, offering a balanced foundation for personal growth, awareness, and progression in the water.
