Expand Your Mind and Lungs

Yoga and freediving are very closely connected. Learn how to slow your breath and rest your mind as you fall into a state of relaxation and bliss that enables you to go deeper and stay under longer in the ocean. 

As your instructor guides you through a series of Pranayama exercises, or breathing exercises, you will feel an increase of awareness of your body and control of your breath and mind. These exercises will teach you to increase your time underwater and your ability to stay calm and enjoy the big blue.
