On top of yoga retreats hosted by our wonderful teachers here on the island, we also offer Guest yoga retreats. Teachers come from all over the world to our jungle paradise to share their knowledge and guide students through their practice. Our guest teachers not only bring a variety of cultures and teaching methods, but they share many different forms of the yoga belief and practice. Hatha Bliss  
Classical Hatha Yoga Retreat

This five-day retreat is set in the ideal surrounding to explore classical Hatha Yoga in its purest form, you will be equipped with your own self-practice that you can continue with at home or even whilst traveling.

We will be offering three powerful practices that all have their own impact on the system including Surya Kriya the origin of Surya Namaskar, a practice that was traditionally available only to select groups of yogis. Isha Hatha Yoga is being transmitted to millions of people around the world, Sadhguru has gone to great lengths to see that it is being offered to the world in its original form.

Upa Yoga - Upa Yoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles, and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.

Surya Kriya - Traditionally available only to select groups of yogis, Surya Kriya is being offered by Sadhguru as a comprehensive spiritual practice that is ideal for the hectic pace of today’s world. Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner wellbeing.

 

Bhuta Shuddhi – (Optional practice) Bhuta Shuddhi means “purification of the elements,” and is a process of purifying the 5 elements of the human system.

Food:
Enjoy the delicious, healthy and vibrant vegetarian/vegan food that is being offered here by the amazing team who cater for all your dietary requirements. 

The food served will be in line with the yogic pranic diet, which will support the practices that we are learning ensuring that energy levels and mental alertness are at their optimum. 

Enjoy the famous delicious Thai coconuts as well as a variety of different fresh fruit shakes. There is something colorful, new and surprising every day keeping it fresh and exciting.

Surya Kriya balances a person’s energies, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life. OPTIONAL EXTRA PRACTICE: Bhuta shuddhi – purify the elements within

The basis of all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system.
